Very helpful staff, good breakfast with local dishes, nice TV program, decent and clean room, comfortable bed, good service.

Good location, spa and bar. During my Easter stay, I appreciated the good location of the hotel, as it was very close to many interesting places. the spa and bar were also nice and added to the overall experience.

Dirty rooms, bad service. Unfortunately, the rooms were not as clean as I had hoped and the service was bad.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance to the famous marina beach. The staff provided excellent service, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable bedding, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the restaurant and bar/lounge area, where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax and unwind. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the courteous and helpful staff, clean rooms, and pleasing city views from the upper floors. The hotel facilities were also up to the mark, and we found the tea and coffee in the room to be great. Additionally, transportation and parking were easily accessible from the location.
